Role - Site Manager

Contract - Full-time, Permanent

Reporting to - Contracts Manager (Department Manager)

Location - Multi-site based

Salary - £££ Negotiable based on experience

The role:

The Site Manager is at the forefront of project delivery, responsible for coordinating and facilitating the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to deliver the Project Programme, considering subcontractor and client requirements, material deliveries, and site needs.

* Attend regular project meetings, report on progress, and update weekly program status.

* Work with approved subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project goals and ensure quality compliance (BOPAS, ISO9001, ISO14001).

* Design site set-up and delivery strategy to mitigate risks and minimise waste.

Key skills and experience required:

* Previously experience in a Site Manager Role

* Experience in running projects ranging from £1m - £15m.

* HNC or Similar in a Construction-related qualification.

* Valid SMSTS qualification

* CSCS Black Card or Similar

* Valid First Aid certificate

* Good understanding of Microsoft Office Package

* Experience with Asta Project Planner
