Site Engineer – Earthworks Scheme (6-Month Contract) – Corby

Rate: £300-£350

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major earthworks scheme in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a leading contractor, ensuring quality and efficiency in all aspects of earthworks and groundworks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Setting out, surveying, and monitoring earthworks activities.

* Ensuring works are carried out to specification, on time, and within budget.

* Assisting with quality control and health & safety compliance.

* Collaborating with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers.

* Maintaining accurate records, reports, and as-built drawings.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Engineer on earthworks or groundworks projects.

* Proficiency in setting out using GPS, total station, and other surveying equipment.

* Strong knowledge of earthworks processes and standards.

* CSCS card (essential).

* SMSTS/SSSTS (preferred but not essential).

* Full UK driving license.
