Our client are a dynamic, employee-owned business with over ten years of success under our belt, and are looking for a driven Marketing Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of both traditional and digital marketing strategies to grow the business. You’ll be responsible for guiding the team and ensuring the marketing initiatives align with our overall objectives.
* Hands-On Role: While strategic thinking is essential, we’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on with tasks such as content creation, campaign management, and analysis.
* Team Leadership & Agency Management: Direct and motivate the internal team and external agencies to ensure effective and timely delivery of marketing campaigns. You’ll oversee the implementation of your strategy, ensuring it stays on track and drives results.
* All-Round Marketing Expertise: A versatile marketer who can navigate traditional methods such as brochures and form designs as well as digital platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and website management.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience & Qualifications: You should have a degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, showing your commitment to a career in this field. We want someone who’s in it for the long haul, with the patience to develop and implement strategies over time.
* Versatile & Agile: Comfortable with both traditional and digital marketing, and able to adapt to evolving needs. Strong understanding of traditional marketing methods (e.g., brochures, form designs) and digital platforms (Google, web, social media).
* Commitment to Growth: We value stability, and we’re looking for someone who sees this as a long-term opportunity. We want a Marketing Manager who will be part of our company’s growth journey and contribute to its ongoing success.
* Local to the Area: Ideally based north of the Thames, within an hour’s commute to the office.
