As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our service.
The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the care service in accordance with CQC standards and regulations. You will play a key role in ensuring that high-quality, safe, and person-centred care is delivered at all times. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care, while managing the service's day-to-day operations, staffing, budgeting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management of the care service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and CQC standards.
* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of care staff, providing training, support, and development opportunities.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of service users.
* Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of service users at all times.
* Manage service budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
* Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders to provide holistic care.
* Conduct regular quality audits and implement improvements as necessary.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the team in line with company policies and best practices.
About You:
* Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within the social care sector (e.g., as a Care Manager, Deputy Manager, or Service Manager).
* Qualifications: Registered Manager with an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or working towards it.
* Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Passion: A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving the lives of service users.
* Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and health & safety legislation.
