Workshop Admin Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of the service administration team for a tools and industrial assembly solutions customer centre located in Wolverhampton.

Oue client are a innovative and forward-thinking tooling company specializing in the design and manufacture of high-quality tools for a range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, construction, and general engineering. Our client’s cutting-edge products are renowned for their durability, precision, and efficiency. As our client continues to expand, we are looking for a Workshop Admin Coordinator join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all admin processes associated with the service workshop within SPIRIT and SAP.

Utilize workshop flow to process all products through the service workshops.

Processing of quotations, orders, and sales invoices to defined deadlines.

Input, coordinate, and manage sales orders, from order through to dispatch and invoicing.

Proactively update customers on delivery dates and order status changes.

Investigate and resolve invoice queries from customers and external suppliers.

Create and follow up on quotations within Salesforce and/or SPIRIT in support of the overall sales team targets.

Handling of office sales calls and processing of purchase orders to suppliers

Undertake ad-hoc work as required.

Essential:

Experience in business administration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong planning and organizing abilities.

Ability to manage and prioritize workload.

Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office.

SAP knowledge and experience.

Desirable:

Knowledge of the company's SPIRIT service management system.

Sales company experience.

Aspirational to progress and grow within the organization.

Experience working within a service environment.
