Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an established Mechanical Project Manager with a proven track record in CAT A and CAT B fit-outs. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) systems and the expertise to successfully deliver chilled water systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion.
* Oversee CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Manage LTHW and chilled water systems, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
* Collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in mechanical project management, specifically in CAT A and CAT B fit-outs.
* Strong understanding and experience with LTHW and chilled water systems.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
