Job Title: Locality Manager x 3 (Yorkshire and Humber/ North East)                       

Salary: (£25,155.57 per annum for 18 hours per week) (£50,311.15 per annum full time equivalent)

Hours: Full Time, 36 hours per week and 2 x Part time, 18 hours per week

Status: Fixed term for 12 months. Secondments will be considered

Location: Home based – with expectation of travel within locality area and occasional national travel.

About the role….

We have a new strategy and a new direction. It is an exciting time to join us as a Locality Manager. This role is an ideal opportunity for passionate and dynamic individuals looking to help shape the future of the social care workforce.

As a Locality Manager your role is pivotal to support the sector to respond and adapt to the emerging trends and needs within social care, using our Adult Social Care-Workforce Data Set data, sector insight and engagement work to drive forward our ambitions for widescale change.

To cover an internal secondment, we have a fixed term vacancies for the unique role of Locality Manager our Yorkshire, Humber and North East team.

Locality Manager (York and North Yorkshire) 36 hours per week

Locality Manager (Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire) 18 hours per week

Locality Manager (County Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, Northumberland, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Sunderland) 18 hours per week

You will need to live within, or within reasonable commutable distance, of this area.  

The role of Locality Manager is very flexible and provides the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of work and projects to support our ambition of a social care workforce with the right people, skills and support, delivering the highest quality care. You may contribute or lead on specific pieces of work as opportunities arise, e.g., internal task and finish groups, business development opportunities and external projects.
