Job Description:

Are you an experienced Slinger looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a skilled and reliable slinger to join our team for a project in Didcot. This position offers a duration of 1 year, with the potential for future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the safe attachment and detachment of suspended loads.

* Ensure stability and safety of loads during lifting and moving operations.

* Conduct pre-operational checks on slinging equipment to ensure functionality and safety.

* Collaborate closely with telehandler operators and other team members to coordinate load movements.

* Maintain clear communication on-site to ensure smooth operations.

* Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

* Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the site manager immediately.

Requirements:

* CPCS Slinger Ticket or NPORS Equivalent.

* Proven experience as a slinger in the construction industry, particularly with suspended loads.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
