Role Summary

A modern law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit a qualified Residential Property Lawyer (Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive/Solicitor into its large conveyancing department.

Working in the City of London on a hybrid basis you will handle your own caseload (medium to high volume). This will include: sales and purchases (on both freehold and leasehold properties), transfer of equity and remortgages.

The law firm in question are SRA regulated and modern both in their approach to both technology and remote working. They have strong systems and an excellent back office support team. This is a full time role.

Experience Required

* Be a UK qualified Residential Property Lawyer (Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive/Solicitor) - Essential

* Have at least 5 PQE - Essential

* Be able to travel into central London at least 1-2 days per week
