What You’ll Do

Manufacturing & Assembly – Assist in producing double-glazed units, Georgian bar units, and lead inset units with precision and care.

Installation & Fitting – Fit and install high-quality windows and doors in both domestic and commercial properties.

Quality Control – Ensure all glass cutting, sealing, and fitting meets British Standards & GGF specifications.

Cross-Training in uPVC Manufacturing – Expand your expertise in windows, doors, conservatories, and patio doors.

Problem-Solving – Identify and resolve manufacturing and installation challenges efficiently.

Health & Safety Compliance – Adhere to safety policies and building regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

Team Collaboration – Work alongside experienced professionals in the Double Glazing, uPVC, and Processing Departments.

Customer Service – Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all customer-facing tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

Desirable

Experience in double glazing manufacturing
Strong knowledge of glass cutting, sealing, and fitting
Ability to work with precise measurements & attention to detail
Familiarity with British Standards, GGF specifications, and safety regulations
Self-motivated, reliable, and deadline-driven
Strong problem-solving skills
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Fenestration Installation or Glass Processing
Experience in bespoke glazing solutions
