Your Mission:

Lead the Way: Manage a team of inspectors and coordinate their activities to achieve exceptional results.
Ensure Compliance: Conduct thorough inspections of accommodations, guaranteeing compliance and quality.
Collaborate & Resolve: Review documentation and work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Drive Improvements: Provide insightful reports and recommendations for continuous enhancements.
Prepare for Success: Manage pre-audits of accommodation ahead of go-live to ensure seamless transitions.Your Toolbox:

Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for daily travel).
Experience in Assurance, Compliance, or Inspections to guide your team effectively.
Strong Leadership & Communication Skills to inspire and motivate your team.
Document Review Expertise to ensure compliance with all regulations.
Team & Portfolio Management skills to oversee a diverse range of accommodations.Your Rewards:

Competitive Salary: £35,845 - £50,290 per annum
