Site Manager – South West London –c£55k - £65k

This company is an established, dependable construction and property services company who work with some of the UK’s largest building owners, landlords and facilities managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join the team working on cladding projects predominately in South East and South West London.

You will have a proven track record of running safe construction sites from cradle to grave which must include cladding projects and adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and knowledge of cladding systems ideal but not essential

Requirements:

* Hold a current SMSTS certificate

* Hols a current CSCS card

* Have TWS certificate

* Have current first aid certificate

* Quality driven in accordance with managements systems and against specification.

* Good understanding of and ability to interrogate and understand architectural drawings

* Good IT skills, Microsoft office, excel, word, projects

* Good client interfacing skills

* Have a good understanding design management and process and protocols.

* Experience with managing a busy site which is heavily design led.

* Be able to work as part of a team and on one’s own initiative

* Have a methodical approach to project delivery

* Excellent communication skills at various levels

* To prepare and manage short term programmes

* Compile accurate reports, attend and chair meetings when required
