Our client a global manufacturing business are looking to appoint a dynamic Head of HR on a permanent basis.As Head of HR you will form part of the Senior Leadership team and work with business leaders to develop and deliver HR strategies aligned with key business objectives. This hands-on role offers a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity to lead initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Strategy: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, contributing to the overall business strategy.
* Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and succession planning to build a strong and engaged workforce.
* Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
* HR Operations: Lead day-to-day HR activities, including payroll oversight, compliance, and reporting.
* Culture & Engagement: Encourage a positive work culture that reflects the company’s values and drives employee satisfaction.
* Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and career growth.

* Proven HR management experience, ideally within manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment.
