What Makes You Stand Out:
* A genuine passion for working with children who require additional support.
* Patience, flexibility, and a talent for creating a positive, nurturing learning environment.
* A good understanding of SEND and SEMH practices, or a keen willingness to learn and develop in this area.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
* A competitive starting rate of £26 per hour and flexible working hours that fit around your life.
* The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children who need your support.
* A welcoming and supportive team environment, with access to regular Nurture Teacher meetings for continued professional development.
* Access to a leading online resource bank to support your teaching and enhance your practice.
* An open door policy at our company office, with office-based support staff always available by phone, email, and text to assist you whenever needed.
