About the Role

As a Lead Engineer, you’ll oversee a small team of engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of the building through both reactive and planned maintenance. You’ll manage daily activities, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders to uphold the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

* Lead, manage, and inspire a small team of engineers.

* Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

* Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

* Provide technical support and drive improvements in building operations.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Engineer in the FM industry.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems (multi-skilled preferred).

* Effective leadership and team management skills.

* Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
