Maintenance Electrician – Edinburgh & East – FM & Building Services

FM Search & Select Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading FM company covering Edinburgh and the East. This mobile role is ideal for a skilled electrician with a strong background in planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.

Package:

£42,000 -£45,000 per annum

*

Company vehicle & fuel card

*

Monday - Friday, full-time position

*

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:

*

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing of electrical systems

*

Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently

*

Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and health & safety standards

*

Work across commercial properties, providing high-quality electrical maintenance

*

Maintain accurate records of work completed and liaise with clients as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)

*

City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

*

Experience in commercial maintenance and fault finding

*

Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service route

*

Full UK driving licence – ability to travel to client sites as required
