About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Van Technician to join our team in Taunton. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary of £39,500 per annum. Working Monday to Friday with straight daytime shifts, this position provides an excellent work-life balance in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of light commercial vehicles (vans).
Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and provide effective solutions.
Conduct pre-MOT checks and preparation.
Complete inspections in line with industry standards, ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.
Maintain accurate documentation for all work carried out.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.Requirements
Proven experience as a Van Technician or similar role in the automotive industry.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance).
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Ability to work independently with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
Full UK driving license (essential).What We Offer
