Our client, a leading consultancy in the high-tech and transportation planning (HTP) sector, is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team in their Bristol office. This permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer to contribute to complex and technologically advanced projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and refining civil engineering designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Managing technical aspects of projects from inception through to completion
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery
Preparing detailed engineering reports and documentation
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff
Conducting site inspections and assessments as required
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates
Ensuring all work complies with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Job Requirements:

Extensive experience in civil engineering within the HTP sector
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and co-ordinate teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to produce high-quality engineering reports
Solid understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
