Location: On-site in London, Bristol, or Manchester

Rate: £350 - £400 per Day

About Us

Concept Resourcing are seeking a talented Creative Designer to join one of our central government clients on a contract basis, contributing to their projects at pivotal times throughout the year.

The Role

As a Creative Designer, you will work on-site 3 days a week in London, Bristol, or Manchester. Engaging intensely during 4-6 week bursts at the start of each quarter. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-impact visual content that aligns with brand vision and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development: Create and develop innovative design concepts for various campaigns, digital platforms, and print materials.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all visual outputs.
Collaborative Design: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to produce cohesive and effective design solutions.
Project Execution: Lead design projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Feedback Integration: Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance design deliverables.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a creative design role, preferably within the Public Sector.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or other relevant design tools.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including branding, digital, and print.
Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to generate and implement innovative design ideas.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and engaging in constructive feedback.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
