Customer Accounts Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this continuously growing company as a Customer Accounts Manager. You'll work alongside this award-winning Sales team in their Ipswich based office, to ensure the smooth day-to-day function of the operation.
The Ideal Person:

* Excellent communication skills are essential along with a 'can do' attitude.
* Previous Administration experience and dealing with customers over the phone is essential.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative

Customer service is at the forefront of everything we do; providing an excellent service, developing key relationships, and consistently assisting the team to hit its targets is a vital part of this role. Responsibilities include:
* Order management & bid negotiation
* Handling incoming calls for the department and liaising with customers over the phone.
* Supporting customers throughout the sales process
* Processing orders (full system training provided)
* Processing queries and order amendments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Pre- and post-sales support for a varied customer base
* Logging and processing sales via our internal sales system
* Chasing and escalating order with other departments and vendors
* Liaising with the warehouse to ensure stock received is despatched within agreed timelines.
* Sourcing new customers and sales opportunities.
