Job Title:                    Customer Service Officer
Role Type:                  Temp 6 months
Hours:                         37.5 - 8.30-4.30 and 9-5.
Salary:                         £14.66 PAYE - £15.22 Umbrella

You'll play a vital role in delivering a seamless customer experience and ensuring all queries are resolved to satisfaction.

Utilize your problem-solving skills to proactively seek solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Role Responsibilities:

Deliver professional, positive, and customer-focused experiences
Provide end-to-end customer service, including the identification and initiation of repair requests and proactive communication with colleagues and contractors to resolve queries.
Remaining calm and composed, diffuse difficult situations, and escalate safeguarding concerns or issues to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
Handle personal and sensitive information confidentially and contribute to team and individual performance measures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders, championing diversity and inclusion within the organization. Preferred Requirements:

Experience in contact centre and customer service roles.
Working knowledge of Housing Management and Asset Management systems.
Experience in providing a home repair service and familiarity with housing-related matters.
