We are actively seeking a Level 2 or 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a dedicated team near Cambridge. Your role will involve creating a nurturing space where children feel secure, loved, and are encouraged to explore the world around them. As a key player in the team, you'll contribute to building strong connections with both children and their families.

The nursery has some amazing features, including a library, beautiful airy rooms and separate gardens with age-appropriate facilities.

Responsibilities:

Support the holistic development of children, addressing their emotional, social, and cognitive needs through well-planned activities and interactions
Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment that accommodates the diverse needs of all children, celebrating differences and promoting equality
Take on leadership responsibilities within the team, providing guidance and support to less experienced staff members
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high standard of care and professionalismKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Recognised Early Years Education qualification at Level 2 or 3
Experience of working in a day nursery environment
Understanding of the EYFS framework
