IRS Group are recruiting for our client based in Redditch We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills and experience in various trades,The successful candidate will work across the UK on projects that vary in size from a few days to a few months, and from a small box to a large building.

The position involves various construction operations, these include the installation of Modular steel faced insulated panels, along with the fitting and finishing of multiple types of trims, fixing angles, channels, and sealants.

The position would suit someone with food industry panel, cladding, or modular construction experience but anyone with transferable construction skills would be considered. Transport to site from our base in Redditch is provided, along with a good standard of accommodation while working at any location greater than 50 miles away from the factory. A food allowance is also provided while working away.

Travelling time is also paid from the Factory to and from the project.

overtime paid at x1.5 after 40hours up to 12pm Saturday, then x2 after and all day Sunday. Accommodation is paid when working away from home with a £25 per day meal allowance.

The successful candidate will need to attain standard construction training certification, this will include a CSCS card and IPAF 3a and 3b for mobile platforms, although training can be provided for the right person it would be advantageous if this certification is already held.
