Job Title: Night Transport Administrator

As A Transport Administrator you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operational activities within the Traffic Office, ensuring that all Transport Administration is accurate and up to date.

Hours of work - Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
Pay rate- £14.50ph

Key Responsibilities:

Putting together driver manifests and delivery notes
Debriefing PODs on return
Invoice HY notes on return
Scanning and indexing PODs
Completing Customer Trackers
Completing outstanding POD report
Completing Status 0 Reports
Reporting to the Transport Supervisor for additional tasks
Completing vehicle camera checks
Scanning licences and disclaimers onto the system

Carry out all traffic office functions in line with company policies and procedures

Ensure all information contained on the system is accurate at all times.

This is a 4 month temporary position initially but has the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
