Production Assistant - Fashion Accessories

This successful supplier is currently recruiting for a Production Assistant to support, primarily the QA & Merchandising team, working across fast fashion women, menswear & kids accessories.

The candidate will be involved in assisting the merchandisers and inhouse technologist with administrative duties for all aspects of the life cycle of the product from the order being placed, to the order being in store and selling.

We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a proactive team. They will need good attention to detail and the ability to multitask across a mix of customers.

Production Assistant Responsibilities:

* Raising POs on our bespoke web portal.

* Creating and populating Critical Path documents.

* Setting up & filling in workbooks and technical documents during inhouse fit sessions

* Labelling up fit samples to send out to customers

* Taking photographs of samples

* Raising Invoices.

Skills Required:

* Organised and efficient

* Must be pc literate and have MS Office knowledge – Excel and Word are essential

* Able to work to important deadlines.

* Attention to detail.
