Bell Cornwall recruitment are excited to be hiring for a Conflicts analyst for an International Law Firm in Birmingham

Candidate Responsibilities:

Review conflict search request information submitted by business for accuracy
Ensure there are no conflicts of interest relating to new clients and matters across the firm
Erasing low risk conflict issues as needed
Liaising with senior members of the Risk team
Creating rapport with fee earners and secretaries and provide feedback of issues to Compliance Managers

Skills Needed:

Conflict analysis experience ideally in a law firm or other professional services organisation but can be trained if not
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
