QEHS Manager

We are currently recruiting for a QEHS Manager to join the Asset Management side of our business and be based from our office near Canning Town, this will be a hybrid role that requires flexibility as there will also be a requirement to work nights. Every time you pick up the phone, surf the Internet, travel on a motorway, catch a train, bus or tube, or even dial 999; chances are telent have enabled the technology to make this happen.

QEHS Manager Fire Key Requirements:

Promote a positive QEHS culture to stakeholders and employees.
Knowledge and experience of Behavioural Based Safety Practices
Previous experience of working in a fire maintenance environment
Must have extensive Rail knowledge; London Underground, London Overground, Crossrail/Elizabeth Line
Hold a recognised industry Health and Safety qualification, e.g. NEBOSH General or equivalent
Experience of developing working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and suppliers - essential
Previous internal auditing experience
Have a full UK driving licence.What you'll do:

Review and develop fire safety related policies, procedures, and practices.
Help to plan, implement, monitor and review the protective and preventative measures that are identified by the hazard analysis and risk assessment process for our Fire maintenance contract.
Outline safe operating procedures, which identify and take account of all relevant hazards, and conducting suitable and sufficient risk assessments, ensuring Control measures are effective (fire detection/fire suppression)
Deliver and drive the agreed QEHS Fire Key Performance Indicators. QEHS Manager Fire, Who you are:

The successful person will have previous QEHS expertise, along with London Underground and/or Rail industry experience.
