Manufacturing Engineer (CAD)

Location: Kilkeel, Northern Ireland

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000

An opportunity has opened for a Manufacturing Engineer to join an Engineering company based in Kileel, Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will have experience of using CAD software (specifically HyperMill) and have excellent knowledge of CNC machines.

What they’re looking for:

* Experience as a CAD Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or similar

* Experience of CAD software – ideally HyperMill

* Excellent knowledge of CNC machines

* CNC programming

* Excellent documentation writing skills

* Mechanical biased

* Continuous improvement experience

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:

* Working with the Engineering team on new CAD designs and importing previous designs

* Using HyperMill for CAD drawings

* Assisting with CNC programming software

* Driving continuous improvement within the company

* Assisting production with manufacture

* Keeping work within quality and compliance standards

* Documentation writing
