An exciting opportunity has arisen for Residential Team Leaders! We are looking for Team Leaders who are caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of our incredible children and young people through leading by example to other children's and young person’s support workers.

What We're Looking For in a Team Leader:

* Previous experience in a similar role within a children's residential home or a care setting.

* Experience working with children or young people

* Strong team management and leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children, staff, and external agencies.

What We Offer our Team Leaders:

* Hourly rate from to £16 an hour (this includes sleep-in allowance)
