Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in residential conveyancing.

* Proven ability to manage a mixed caseload, including sales and purchases, remortgages, leases, and new builds.

* Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations.

* Ability to work independently and efficiently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Managing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold property transactions from instruction to post-completion.

* Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and new build transactions with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth progress of transactions.

* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and reports.

* Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
