The Recruitment Group is looking for Permanent Production Operators for our client in Loughborough.  You will be undertaking pharmaceutical production line operator duties as a Production Operator.  If you are interested in the Production Operator role then please read below.

Salary:

£25,640 per annum plus shift allowance (dependent on shifts required)
Increase following a successful 6 month probation period with further increases after completion of training

Shifts:

Days 8am to 4pm to start 40 hours
12 hour shifts which are 06:00 to 18:15 and 18:00 to 06:15, nights and days which will start middle of next year

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Involved in the setup of a new production line
Production of initial batches
Creating and writing training documentation and work instructions
Ensuring targets are met
Completing and checking all records

About you:

Be familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Experience of working in a production environment
Experience of working in a Pharmaceutical or Food production industry is preferred
A keen eye for detail
Able to work independently
Good communication skills
GCSE or equivalent English / Maths Grade C or above
