Ignite Recruitment is seeking a qualified Fabricator/Welder for our client in Welwyn Garden City.**

Our client is an Architectural Metalwork company based in Hertfordshire, and due to an increase in workload, they are looking to fill a position for a fully qualified Fabricator/Welder.

**Key Requirements:**

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fabrication of balustrades, staircases, and balconies.
- Confident in reading and working from detailed drawings.
- Ability to work accurately and to a high standard.
- Self-motivated and capable of collaborating within a team.

**Workshop Hours:**

- 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with a 45-minute lunch break.
- Overtime opportunities may be available depending on workload.

**Compensation:**

- Salary ranges from £16.50 to £19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Benefits include 20 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays per year, company pension, and on-site parking.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Must have 5 years of fabrication experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Must have work authorization in the United Kingdom.
