Team Leadership and Management Duties:
• Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
• Managing a team 4 employee's
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Set sales targets for individual team members and track performance.
• 121 meetings with the team.
Sales Duties:
• Ensure the team follows the company's sales process.
• Monitor sales pipeline.
• Oversee contracts, relationship management.
Customer Relationship Management Duties:
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Address customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction

Experience and Skills:

Requirements:
• B2B Sales management: Preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Team management experience
• Ability to inspire and lead a sales team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and relationship management
