A growing community interest company (CIC) in Newcastle-Under-Lyme is seeking a Product Lead to support the implementation of the company’s range of bespoke software to clients, analysing data and delivering an exceptional service to new and existing customers enquiring about the software.
The role offers flexible hybrid working and a competitive pay and benefits package up to £30,000 pro rata, along with enhanced holidays, training and career progression, as well as 2 paid days a year for voluntary work locally.
As the Product Lead you will be responsible for:
* Implementation of a range of bespoke in-house produced software products for clients.
* Monitoring and analysing data usage and trends.
* Training clients to use the software so they utilise it to its full potential.
* Troubleshooting issues and providing 1st line support through Zendesk.
* Supporting the software sales process through software demos to prospective customers, helping to sustain and grow the subscriber base.
* Supporting the development process of the company’s software products by suggesting improvements.
The Product Lead will have the following skills and attributes:
* Confident communicator with strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
* IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office packages and Teams.
* Previous experience working in a customer service or 1st line support environment would be a distinct advantage.
* Full training will be provided on the company’s software packages.
* Full UK driving license and use of vehicle.
You will be working between 22 – 34 hours per week on a part-time or full-time basis, from the office in Keele and home. Hours will be agreed during the interview.
