After School Club Playworker - Stokeinteignhead Primary School (United Schools Federation)

Part Time, 12 hours per week (term time only) 38 weeks per annum

Stokeinteignhead Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, talented, resilient and committed person to help supervise children in the after school club, after they transfer from their classrooms each afternoon. This position is a permanent position, supervising children from 3pm to 6pm, four days per week, (Mondays to Thursday), term time only.

• Preparing simple foods for the children.
• Planning, Supervising and Engaging children in craft / games / play activities
• Overseeing systems to ensure records and payments are up to date

Teaching Assistant / Playworker experience is preferred, but a senior staff member will always be on hand for additional support. Setting up and preparing the area and clearing away, is included within the paid time. Please refer to job description for full details.

This role requires a DBS disclosure.
This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
