Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians

* Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs

* Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

* Oversee preventative maintenance programs, including scheduling and record-keeping

* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with systems and equipment

* Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance

* Strong knowledge of building systems, including, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical

* Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

* Proficiency in computer systems and maintenance management software
