Magenta Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager in Birmingham Central (B1) to run a 5 week office refurb.
The ideal Site Manager will have:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager on office fit out projects.
* Proven history of managing teams of trades and labour, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety regulations.
* Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office.
* Excellent written English and paperwork skills.
* SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
Working hours are 7:30am till 5pm.
Pay Rate - £260 - £280/Day.
