Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced quantity surveyors.

Our client, a tier 1 residential developer with outstanding market reputation are involved in a number of huge regeneration and residential development schemes across Central & Greater London.

The current project is over 1000 units, mainly RC Frame apartments, which is built in a phased process.

They are looking to add to their current quantity surveying team for the next few months due to a gap in the procurement programme. This role will mainly be focused around MEP procurement therefore previous experience is essential dealing with M&E Subcontractors, pricing and sub contract management on big residential schemes.

The ideal candidate will be available on a short notice period, be degree qualified (or equivalent) in quantity surveying and be within a commutable distance to Greenwich.
