Kenton Black Group are currently recruiting for a CNC Setter for a growing Precision Engineering firm based in Birmingham. Our client manufactures high quality components for various industries – predominantly in the Aerospace Sector.

CNC Setter - The Role:

Setting and Operating various CNC Machines.
Milling & Turning
Producing high quality components.
Loading and unloading of parts.
Manual Inspection of parts using micrometers, verniers and callipers.
Client offers an ongoing commitment to training and career development.

CNC Setter - Skill Requirements:

Experience in Setting and Operating CNC Lathes and or Milling Machines.
Experience with Fanuc Controls (Beneficial)
Ability to read and interpret complex Engineering drawings.
Experience with machining of exotic materials beneficial.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Apprentice trained (preferable).
