Key responsibilities:

* Provide training for Team Leading Trainer in Manufacturing – Level 3 apprenticeships.

* Support learners in implementing lean principles and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.

* Monitor learner progress and ensure the timely completion of apprenticeship milestones.

* Ensuring that as Team Leader in Manufacturing and expert that you offer constructive feedback and tailor teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.

* Stay informed about industry trends in continuous improvement, workforce development, and process optimisation to deliver engaging and relevant training sessions.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Team Leading Trainer in Manufacturing and LMO.

* Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing practices, process improvement techniques, and their practical applications.

* PTTLS or equivalent teaching qualification

* Experience in delivering apprenticeship training within manufacturing, engineering, or FMCG sectors.

* A commitment to helping people develop professionally and improve business processes.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
