Our manufacturing client based in Waterlooville are looking for a Skilled Panel Wirer to join the team on an ongoing contract with a view to go permanent. The successful candidate will be working within the Electrical department reporting to the Electrical Supervisor.

The role of the Panel Wirers entails assembling control panels to bespoke wiring schematics and drawings as well as testing and kitting finished panels ready for dispatch. Previous experience in panel wiring is essential for this position and the ideal candidate would have worked within a manufacturing background.

Duties of the Role:
• Fit, wire, build and assemble power control cabinets
• You must be able to understand electrical drawings
• Previous use and experience with hand tools
• Fit electrical components and electrical wiring working from schematics and drawings
• Minor Soldering
• Working to schematic drawings
• Dealing with high and low volume wiring assemblies
• Installation and testing of electrical panels and cable assemblies

Experience Required:
- Previous Panel Wiring Experience is Essential
- Previous experience in an electrical manufacturing enviornment
- Experience using hand tools
