General Maintenance Assistant

This is a new role as a General Maintenance Assistant to join our site team in south Kensington

The General Maintenance Assistant duties will include walking corridors looking for snagging jobs such as ,noticing cracks, broken lock, cracked plugs, chipped paint and other duties will include

* report back to the maintenance manager on your findings

* monitor the jobs that are being completed and sign off

* water testing

* prioritising urgent maintenance

* safe guarding all public

The ideal candidates must have the following

* Must have excellent communication skills

* A good eye for detail

* reliable and team player

* must have had customer service skills

* must be able to follow instructions clearly

* must be proactive
