Are you an experienced and passionate teacher looking for a flexible role?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to cover release time for ECTs at a partner primary school in Burnley. This is a part-time position, requiring you to work one day per week, starting as soon as possible and continuing until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality teaching to Year 2 students on a designated day each week
Support and collaborate with Early Career Teachers (ECTs) by covering their release time
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school's curriculum
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all children reach their potential
Work effectively with the wider school team to ensure the best outcomes for pupilsIdeal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Year 2
A passion for teaching and supporting young learners
Excellent classroom management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Available to start ASAP and commit to working one day per week until the end of the academic year
