Alma Personnel are please to announce that they are recruiting on behalf of their Sutton based client for an experienced Accounts and Tax Administrator based on site.
In your position within the Accounts department, you will be responsible for maintaining and organising stored data records across all other offices ensuring compliance with record retention policies.
You will be required to submit accounts electronically/mail to relevant authorities in a timely manner.
Address any issues that may arise from submitted accounts
Take ownership of corporate tax payment reminder process, drafting reminders, letters and emails.
Tax submissions and repayments whilst always monitoring and chasing
General everyday administrative duties for the team
Liaise with HMRC where and whenever necessary
