Location: Farnham, Surrey

Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35,000-£50,000 Year 1)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Permanent, Full-Time

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join a thriving telemarketing and lead generation business. This role is all about outbound prospecting, researching new business opportunities, and generating high-quality leads for the Business Development team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Researching and identifying potential new business opportunities
Making outbound calls to decision-makers and securing leads
Generating 15-20 quality leads per week for the sales team
Updating and managing the CRM system throughout the sales process
Working towards KPIs & sales targets
Booking meetings for the Business Development team where possible

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in sales/telesales or outbound calling
Confident, resilient, and ambitious personality
Strong communication and rapport-building skills
Proven ability to hit KPIs and targets
