Position: AOG Export/Import Operator

Location: Feltham

Shift: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts, negotiable: 07:00–19:00) Day Shift

Salary: £35,000 - £47,000

Role Overview:

Provide efficient air freight operations and exceptional customer service for an expanding Freight Forwarder.

Key Responsibilities:

* Arrange shipments for customers

* Respond to emails and coordinate collections/deliveries.

* Prepare shipping documents (MAWB/HAWB) and ensure UK HMRC compliance.

* Monitor live AOG updates and adapt to customer needs.

* Investigate and resolve queries/complaints promptly.

* Manage costs, invoicing, and maintain accurate records.

* Liaise with approved suppliers and handling agents.

* Provide support with costings, quotations and invoices when required.

* Manage multiple shared inboxes, resolving queries in a timely manner.

* Support imports operational activities as and when required.

* Support the AOG Manager with ad-hoc requests.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in Air Freight Export/Import & AOGs, with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
