The Role:

* Manage project costs and maintain budgets

* Prepare tenders, contracts, and cost estimates

* Conduct valuations and handle variations

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Requirements:

* Experience in residential construction projects

* Strong knowledge of cost management and procurement

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Proficiency in QS software

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
