Managing a portfolio of clients providing services to include: annual accounts, self- assessment tax, corporation tax, VAT, bookkeeping and other specialist areas of work.
Overseeing the work of Accounts Assistants and providing the necessary support or training.
Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
Proactively supporting clients with their accounting and tax planning needs.
Producing and preparing accounts updates to clients and management.
Successfully monitoring clients management accounts, explaining any variances or planning opportunities.Requirements - Accounts Manager
Proven work experience as an Account Manager with excellent interpersonal skills.
An excellent understanding of our client as a company and its goals.
Experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong data collection and analysis skills.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
