Freelance Site Manager – High-End Residential Refurbishment

Future Build are seeking a Freelance Site Manager to work for a client, a small main contractor to run a refurbishment project they have commencing at the start of next year. The Project is internal refurbishment of a high end residential property in Peasedown Saint John near Bath. This high-end residential property recently suffered a fire and subsequently needs to be stripped out and internal refurbished to a high standard including significant bespoke carpentry and joinery installation as well as marble and granite.

We are seeking a Site Manager with a good eye for detail having previously managed internal refurbishment projects on high end residential properties.
