Role: Site Supervisor - Evening Shift

Hours: Monday - Friday, 04:00pm - 00:00am, 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week

Location: Colwick, Nottingham

You must have the right to work in the UK, interviews will be held on site. 

We are currently seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of workers on a nightshift.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
- Manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Provide guidance and instruction to the team
- Inspect work progress and quality regularly
- Liaise with project managers and report on progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Valid CSCS card or relevant certification
